It is time to shop until you drop! The biggest shopping event is approaching and experts are already predicting the results of Black Friday 2018. According to the NY Post, last year’s Black Friday was a success because many people got their hands on huge discounts on electronics, gadgets, wardrobe etc. The president of Customer Growth Partners, Craig Johnson was surprised about the results of last year’s Black Friday because the event did not turn out well in the mid-2000’s.

Here are the Black Friday 2018 Expectations

Since last year’s Black Friday had a huge turnout, this year’s expectation is grander than ever! Experts predicted that 74% of Americans are going to spend money either on Black Friday and Cyber Monday according to Finder.com The research was conducted based upon gender, couples, children, employees, college students, discounts, etc. Anna Serafin and Maggie Baker are experts in this field. Both explain the excitement of purchasing good deals. The media wonders if the research is accurate. In the meantime, retail stores are persuading consumers to get their hands on the latest wardrobe and gadgets on discount at the beginning of November.

Stores continue to open on Thanksgiving Day!

Retailers have been opening on Thanksgiving so, consumers can get their hands on early doorbusters. However, due to the continuous growth of complaints of working long hours on Thanksgiving Day, many stores are forced to abide the shopping center’s holiday hours. ABC7 News states hundreds of stores will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. But two sites announced stores that will be open at a specific time frame on Thanksgiving. These stores include:

  • Banana Republic

  • Best Buy

  • Big Lots

  • Dick Sporting Goods

  • Gap

  • JCPenney

  • Kohl’s

  • Old Navy

  • Target

So many deals, So many discounts!

Since a lot of stores are opening on Thanksgiving Day, everyone wonders which store got the best discounts. With all the Black Friday commercials, coupons and catalogs appearing, at some point everything will get overwhelming! This year many stores are starting Black Friday early. This trend is still continuing this year. A site Investopedia explains five stores what will save money in your wallet on Black Friday

  • Macy’s

  • JCPenney

  • Sears

  • Target

  • Kohl’s

But, this year’s Cyber Monday’s deals are different! With all the ads and television commercials, Digital Trends predicted the online traffic for each retail store which includes:

  • Amazon

  • Best Buy

  • Walmart

  • Target

  • Newegg

  • Gamestop

Since all the deals are combined into one big mess, a few things to be on mind is to do the research! Planning to purchase electronics or appliances Black Friday will be the best decision. According to Digital Trends, doorbusters on these gadgets sell out quickly especially during the weekend. Although Cyber Monday have the same deals and savings the company will advertise electronics that were not best-sellers. The purchases consumers should wait for Monday is laptops, PCs, clothing, and travel. So if you’re turning up with relatives and do not have a care in the world about products, you will be fine too.
