I'm Nar. I am originally from Los Angeles, California, but am now living in Boston for medical school. I graduated from Brown University in 2015 with a Bachelor's in Health and Human Biology with an emphasis on social contexts of disease.

I have been tutoring ever since I was in high school. After successfully completing AP Chemistry in 11th grade, my teacher offered me a position as his teaching assistant. In college, I tutored several high school students. I helped one student achieve a 5...
Nar reviewed the kidney pathophysiology with me, he explained very thoroughly. He asked me questions and guided me to solve the problem on my own. Recommend!

Nar is good at explaining the things. I like he extends the question, asked me back to see if I really understand. Also, he provides tips about how to learn and memorize the pharmacology. Thumbs up!

We were able to cover everything so wanted and I was able to clarify topics in our session. I could either study 6 hours by myself to understand a topic or study 1 hour with Nar. Would recommend!

GREAT session. Planning to schedule more sessions with Nar. He was very flexible and has a distinctive understanding of material. Thanks a lot for helping me with Pathophysiology and being part of this learning process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to my friends. MANY THANKS

This tutor is awesome! He definitely is knowledgeable with Advanced Pathophysiology. He prepares for each session and that is very important to me. He explains the material well.. He types on the whiteboard (per request) as he teaches me the material. He will also draw on the whiteboard for a visual perspective. He also has helpful pointers and tips for conquering this patho material. He keeps me engaged by asking questions throughout the session. This helps me engage with my tutor and helps me to think critically. We plan on two recurring sessions per week to meet my study needs. I want to say thank you for every awesome experience. If you are searching for someone who is patient, knowledgeable, cares for your success, and explains patho well... this is the guy!!! See you soon! :)

Nar worked with my daughter who is a senior on Balancing Equations and Word Problems in Chemistry. I loved that he got a clear understanding of her knowledge before just jumping in to work on assignments. He questioned her during the process to ensure she understood the work and had her explain problems to him. He is big on ensuring that foundational information is understood so she was learning correctly. This was her first lesson with Nar and she finished feeling more confident in her understanding of the work. Great Tutor and she will be meeting with him a couple of times a week.

It was Nar?s first time on Wyzant and he did an excellent job at it! He helped me learn how to solve a problem that I didn?t even know to approach and I can say that I do now thanks to his help! He?s very intelligent and he knows how to teach in a way that I understand what he?s saying! If you?re looking for a tutor, pick him! He?s the best!
